Tracey Wolffe is back with another Yoga Fusion session as part of our Wellness Wednesdays campaign.
Suitable for all abilities, Yoga Fusion blends yoga with other types of fitness regimens to help reduce stress and boost flexibility.
The session will begin at 4pm on Wednesday 17th March, this session will be run by qualified instructor Tracey Wollfe over Zoom

Make sure you have a safe, peaceful space to stretch out and relax. Work within your limitations. Take care with any old or new injuries and let us know 24 hours prior to the class if you are pregnant or have any injuries or conditions that might affect your practice. During the lesson all participants will be muted to facilitate the audio and flow of the zoom class. Questions and feedback welcome before and after the class.
