We’re launching free Yoga Fusion sessions as part of Wellness Wednesdays which is our new campaign to help our community feel as great as our team does!
Suitable for all abilities, Yoga Fusion blends yoga with other types of fitness regimens to help reduce stress and boost flexibility.
Starting on Wednesday 10th February at 4pm, these free sessions will be run by qualified instructor Tracey Wollfe over Zoom (don’t worry you don’t have to turn your camera on if you don’t want to!)
