The role

Working closely with our group CEO, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with reasonable experience to gain invaluable knowledge, understanding and insight into the detailed workings of a dynamic financial services business.

Furnley House is an ambitious and highly successful financial services business. We have developed an enviable reputation within our sector as a result of the quality of service that we provide.

Established in 2013 we live and breathe our core values of client centricity (our clients are at the heart of everything we do), innovation, sustainability, community and bravery. This has created a business with an extraordinary culture and the ability to punch way above its weight.

Our ongoing growth and development has created an opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator to join the group.

Working alongside the CEO the role will be responsible for co-ordinating and helping to deliver a wide range of non-Business as Usual (BAU) projects. These are generally the most exciting projects within the group and it is essential that the detail of the projects and potential projects is fully understood.

The role will be responsible for preparing, researching and planning each project and its implementation schedule. For building a clear structure, plan and timelines and for liaising with a wide variety of project stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure that responsibilities and timings are clearly understood by everyone. Of great importance is the ability to hold people to account. In addition, the role is required to co-ordinate and attend a variety of meetings and for ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.

To apply for this position, you will need to demonstrate experience of working within the financial services industry. You must be able to show a track record of effectively prioritising and delivering a variety of disparate projects. In addition, you need to be able to communicate with a cross section of people and take a pro-active approach to driving projects to successful conclusion. Take it as read that you must be comfortable using a wide variety of current software applications.

If this opportunity excites you and you feel that you have the qualities needed to be a great success then we want to hear from you.
