Founded in 2019, the Furnley House Foundation has since raised over £260,000 for incredible charities that go above and beyond to support those in need. We recognise the privileged position we’re in — we have employment, good health, a strong social community, and a roof over our heads. But we also know that many others aren’t as fortunate.
Our mission is simple: to improve the lives of as many people as possible. We focus our efforts on supporting local communities, helping those who need it most, and creating opportunities for meaningful change.
Our Events
At the heart of our fundraising are two flagship events, along with a whole calendar of smaller fundraising activities throughout the year.
Summer Ball
At the heart of the Furnley House Foundation is our spectacular Summer Ball — a glamorous black-tie event that raises thousands of pounds for the selected charities we support each year. This unforgettable evening features auctions and raffles with incredible prizes, from once-in-a-lifetime trips to the Ice Hotels and the Galápagos Islands, to statement jewellery and exclusive signed merchandise. It’s a night of celebration, generosity, and making a real difference.
Leicestershire Community Champions Awards
The COVID-19 pandemic taught us the importance of community and the power of recognising those who make a difference. This led to the creation of the Leicestershire Community Champions Awards — an annual event organised by our head office in Leicester. These awards shine a light on the unsung heroes of our community, celebrating individuals and organisations who go the extra mile to support others. We’re proud to be expanding this initiative to other areas where we have UK offices.

Community Support
Our commitment to giving back goes beyond fundraising. Our team regularly takes part in hands-on community support activities — from sponsored sleepouts to sports events and local volunteering. We believe in rolling up our sleeves and working alongside our communities to create real impact.
