With nearly a decade of experience in the property industry, David Sharp's journey from a trainee negotiator in property sector to overseeing multiple branches across Leicestershire and Warwickshire reflects his commitment to client interaction and positive customer outcomes. 

Driven by a love for helping clients, he transitioned to paraplanning to later retrain as a mortgage adviser, earning a Diploma in Financial Advice, Certificate in Regulated Mortgage and Practice, and a Certificate in Regulated Equity Release. As of February 2024, David has joined the team of financial advisers to further help his clients with their financial goals.

Outside of work, David is an avid cook with a social media presence (@dinnerwithdave_), showcasing simple, tasty food dishes. His diverse hobbies include cycling from Leicester to London, regular charity runs to raise awareness and funds for various causes, and a dedicated effort to support men's mental health.
